RARE 1944 US NAVY BALL RECORDING SEXTANT Mergenthaler Wonderful estate item, this is an original Mergenthaler Ball Recording Sextant from the US Navy from 1944 and it is in it’s original majogany case with instructions and all paperwork. It comes with a separate Night lens which can be switched off with the Day lens that is currently in place. Beautiful piece of equipment here, and very hard to find, especially in this condition.
