UNITED STATES NAVAL WAR COLLEGE PLATE (1960′S ERA) This plate is made of pewter and is unopened, in a sealed plastic bag. Made in the 1960’s Plate measures 11″ across. It has the following inscription on front: UNITED STATES NAVAL WAR COLLEGE VIRIBUS MARI VICTORIA.
